    It is a software developed for the veterinary segment, which aims to control all the processes of pet shops, clinics and veterinary hospitals, thus facilitating the management of these companies, by organizing the work routine and generating reports with valuable information about the business. .

  • Who is it for?

    The Lince system was developed for use in pet shops, clinics and veterinary hospitals of all sizes. It also has versions for more specific use, such as in university veterinary hospitals, as it has an academic module. Farms and properties that work with animal husbandry can also be served in addition to a specific version for collaborative use between suppliers and customers, who can have their information integrated into the software in a single panel.

  • Will the registrations from the test phase be used after hiring?

    Yes, when we release a trial version, we configure a new database where the user can make all the registrations he needs (registration of services, products, employees, ...) and take advantage of them after the trial period.

  • Is the Lince system installed on my company's computers? Do I need a server?

    The Lince system works online, it can be accessed from any device (desktop computers, notebooks, tablets, smartphones) that is connected to the internet, through a web browser (Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, among others ), accessing an electronic address and authenticating access using username and password.

  • Can I access the system without internet?

    No, because the device used to access the software needs to connect to the server where it is stored.

  • How do system updates work?

    System updates are performed directly in the cloud where the software is stored, so customers receive updates automatically, moments after the environment is updated.

  • Can I configure what each employee can see in the system?

    Yes, Lince offers full control of user creation and access permission rules, allowing each user of the system to have a restricted version of the functionalities of their sector or that are necessary for their work.

  • How does the issuance of NF-e, NFC-e or NFS-e work?

    To release the NF-e, NFC-e or NFS-e issuance module, the user must request the support team, who will promptly perform the necessary configurations to release the issuance through the system.

  • How does Lince system technical support work?

    Technical support works during business hours (Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00) and can be requested through the support icon on the system screen.

  • What is the value for the initial setup or configuration of the system?

    In Lince Pet and Care versions, there is no charge for setup and/or initial configuration values. The user will be able to use the software during the trial period, after completion, perform the contracting and immediately start using it.

  • If I want to cancel, how do I do it?

    The subscription cancellation and the interruption of access to the software will occur within 3 days after the cancellation request, which must be formalized through the e-mail financier@sistemalince.com.br, in which cases your invoice will be charged in full, referring to the next closing period.

  • Will my data be available after cancellation?

    The cancellation of the subscription and the interruption of access to the software completely suspend the use of the same, even for consultation purposes.

  • How do monthly payments for the system work?

    Every month, a bank slip is generated with maturity for the 10th, with the amount referring to the chosen plan additional services contracted. The invoice is sent to the contact email indicated when the software was contracted and after payment the invoice is sent to the same email.

  • After hiring, can I change the plan at any time?

    After choosing a plan, the user can migrate whenever he wants to another plan. The same occurs with the contracting of additional modules, which can be canceled at any time, respecting the 48-hour period for interruption of the contracted additional service. An amount proportional to the days of use of the changed plan or additional modules that were cancelled will be charged.
